They answered all my questions honestly and sent me more pictures of the bag. It was shipped quickly and arrived to me in 1 day. The packaging was done with great care. I have purchased both online and in-store. The store reps are amazing and so kind. They offered items that weren’t even on display for purchase. When I have purchased items online, I have received them within 1-3 days and it’s tracked thru UPS. Absolutely love this store!!!

My husband and I found your store by accident as we were exiting Lillies across the street. Walking into the store, we immediately felt comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming without us feeling like they thought we shouldn’t be there. We were dressed very causally with jeans, sneakers and puff jackets and I was carrying my $60 crossbody bag (no designer on us at all). We asked to look at a LV duffle and it was immediately brought down to us. Needless to say within 5 minutes we purchased the bag and left it to get shipped since we didn’t want to carry it the rest of the night. Thank you to you and your staff. We are now lifelong customers. My husband went back and bought another item for me and I recommend your store to all my friends.

Love this place! Their selection of vintage bags is incredible and the sales staff is super nice and helpful. I came in today for a vintage fur jacket and couldn’t be happier with my adorable ivory pick (with some great advice from the staff;). Super reasonably priced too! We drove six hours from Maine to check out 17th St. and it did not disappoint! Worth every mile! The store is absolutely beautiful, the staff is friendly and welcoming, Ellis was phenomenal in helping me find exactly what I was looking for! Made my first trip to NYC a great one!!
